The term ‘Summit Transfers’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is at Taninges, Haute Savoie, France. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:
Summit Transfers is the trading name of Summit Transfers SAS, a French-registered and licensed transport company.

The following Terms and Conditions of sale and operations in respect of transport services provided by Summit Transfers SAS apply to all quotations issued either online via our website (summittransfers.com), by telephone, or email. The acceptance of such a quote by a client or agents acting on behalf of the client explicitly implies the acceptance of and adherence to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy by all parties, inclusive of those persons traveling with Summit Transfers, or a third party contracted to act on behalf of Summit Transfers SAS.
The term ‘Client’ refers to the named person making the reservation with Summit Transfers, inclusive of all persons within the traveling group. The client is the single point of contact for changes to the reservation(s), whether within the traveling group or as a third party acting on behalf of the traveling group.
Responsibility for reading our terms and conditions remains with the client and any third parties acting on behalf of the client and traveling group. Summit Transfers SAS advises all clients to read the Terms and Conditions before making a reservation.
Summit Transfers SAS reserves the right to outsource the reservation made by a client or third parties acting on behalf of the client to a carefully selected third-party licensed transport company. The Terms and Conditions of sale and operations in respect of those services are not affected.
Summit Transfers SAS reserves the right to impose a fuel surcharge subject to market fluctuations up to 14 days prior to the scheduled day of travel.
Summit Transfers SAS operates from the Swiss side of Geneva Airport (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2) but reserves the right when operational necessity dictates that passengers be collected from the French Sector, after which, the duration of the journey will be completed in France. (See ‘Service Failure; – Point 2’)
All complaints must be made in writing to via email at info@summittransfers.co.uk. Complaints will only be acknowledged and processed if made within 14 days of the date of travel. Summit Transfers SAS will investigate and aim to provide a full response to any complaint within 28 days of receipt.
Reservations with Summit Transfers can be made via our website, by email, or by telephone. A confirmation email will be issued once full payment or an agreed deposit has been received. This confirmation email acts as the official contract between Summit Transfers SAS and the client.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all travel details in the confirmation email are accurate. Summit Transfers SAS cannot be held liable for discrepancies not highlighted by the client.
Reservations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled day of travel. Reservations requested less than 48 hours in advance may be accepted at Summit Transfers’ discretion and are subject to availability.
All payments for services provided by Summit Transfers SAS must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments can be made via bank transfer or stripe money service.
Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in the cancellation of the reservation without notice.
Summit Transfers SAS reserves the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, road closures, or operational difficulties. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, but no further compensation will be offered.
Summit Transfers SAS strives to provide a reliable and punctual service. However, delays can occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., traffic, weather).
Clients must ensure:
Each passenger is entitled to one piece of luggage and one hand baggage. Additional or oversized items (e.g., skis, snowboards) must be declared at the time of booking. Summit Transfers SAS reserves the right to refuse transport of undeclared items or charge additional fees.
Summit Transfers SAS provides child seats upon request at no additional charge. It is the client’s responsibility to request these at the time of booking and to ensure their proper use during travel.
Summit Transfers SAS cannot be held liable for service interruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or road closures.
Summit Transfers SAS’ liability for direct loss or damage resulting from negligence is limited to the cost of the reservation. Summit Transfers SAS is not liable for indirect losses, including missed flights or additional travel costs.
